Vintage Ohio Penal Industries OPI Correctional Industries Keychain measures approximately 1-5/8" x 1-3/4", plus silver metal ring at top.  The vinyl rubber keychain is designed in the shape of the State of Ohio, and includes contact information for the Cleveland Sales Center in Broadview Heights.
