Very Large Vintage Queen Conch shell 5.2lbs

Look at this most beautiful Queen Conch Shell. The size alone is impressive. It has a wonderful sea worn look, which reveal ridges and layers of this massive shell.
It does have a tannish pinkish interior.
I tries to photograph it in various positions so you could see the real beauty of it.
What an amazing shell! I don’t know about how old this had to be at the time it was retrieved from the ocean, but I have a lot of respect for all of the fish and sea creatures, whales, sharks, dolphins, seal, sea lion etc… I think everything is too over fished and over harvested, but…that’s a a subject for another time.
At least we can make use of this beautiful shell, and show its beauty, whether it be as a corner showpiece, at your beach house, or in your garden.
I’ve had it for a year or two, and simply have run put of room for everything.
Take a look at it, it certainly is a largo one. It says just over 5 pounds, and measures between 10 and 11 inches, depending what angle of measurement is taken.
