    Description

    Here is a used tool for reloading. This is a Winchester made item. I believe it was made for removing spent primers & repriming the brass case. It is marks 38-40. It does have a lot of deep pitting in places. I think there are supposed to be some punches with it, but these are missing. Please refer to the photo gallery for a better idea of the condition.
