TOMMY THOMPSON  (1916-89): 3X5" index card hand-autographed by Philadelphia Eagles quarterback who led the team to three consecutive NFL title games, 1947-49.  He guided the team to title wins the last two of those years, He lost two of his prime years to WWII, but still had a major impact on the NFL after that hiatus. Twice led the league in passer rating.  Threw 25 touchdown passes in 1948, leading in that category.
