Wheel covers are new old stock. They need to be cleaned and have some light scratches just from being moved around in the boxes. There is some surface rust as seen in picture #6 on front of one and rust on back of them as seen in pictures The box is in ruff condition and won't be shipped with wheel covers. This set is 14" Chrome with black slash mark in the middle. I don't know the maker of this set.
