This Zapi H2B series DC series winding motor speed controllers are widely applied in different forklift (or other industrial vehicles) including Heli, TCM, Tailift and other industrial vehicle brands.
There are multiple sub-models of Zapi H2B. We have recorded many H2B forklift controller programs. For replacing an old H2B controller, please provide the vehicle's information (manufacturer, vehicle model and year of production) to us. With the vehicle information, we may be able to provide the original controller program.

Product Overview
:
The H2B controllers (choppers) are the highest quality and most well-built model of the Zapimos product family of Zapi. It is suitable for operating at voltage 48V and 80V with maximum currents of 600 amp.
Features
High frequency MOSFET technology.
Real-time control over the internal and external parts that can influence the behavior of the machine, with self-diagnosis of the checking circuits themselves.
Stored program machine (SPC) where the hardware is completely separate from the functions to be configured. The program is parametric and can also be modified by the final user.
Various controller (chopper) functional configurations can be selected by the user, without the need for hardware modifications.
Any future technological updates are made clear to the user. The communication protocol will continue to develop, therefor offering increasing possibilities of interaction. For this reason, the Zapimos family offers a standard dialogue mode with external systems, for easy interfacing with commercially available machines. Zapi offers a range of programming consoles with various features and prices, for example the Zapi handset.
Logic and power units are fitted in a sealed housing, to guarantee protection against splashes (water, acid, and other hazardous liquids) including dust, chips, or small particles. Access to the logic for replacement or checks, however, is very easy.
This is a replacement motor controller with the same function, structure and dimensions as that from the OEM.

Shipping Services & Handling
We deliver to the United States and internationally to many other countries and territories. Shipments are handled by UPS, FedEx, DHL or the post office for smaller packages.
Shipping by ground or an economy service may take up to 1 to 5 business days for customers here in the United States. For international orders, shipping may take 6 to 14 business days by DHL, UPS or a carrier you prefer to handle the shipment. Shipping rates and delivery times do vary based on package dimensions, weight and the distance traveled by truck or plane. But we can calculate the lowest shipping rates and fastest delivery times to meet your needs.
For international shipments and freight, we do not cover any importing fees or tax tariffs added by customs during importing. If you would like a quote on shipping rates with UPS, FedEx, or DHL please contact us by email or telephone.

Payment Processing
We process debit and credit card payments online or by telephone with an operator. Payments can be processed with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and many other major cards. For payments made using a bank account, the electronic check must clear with the bank before the order can be processed.
When your payment with us by telephone, online, or from our catalog has been processed, your order will be processed and scheduled for pickup from our warehouse.
Warranty & Coverage
Shipments are packaged professionally for secure handling from our warehouse to delivery. For some shipments, a signer must be present during delivery of the package or freight. Please contact our customer service by email or telephone if there is any damage to your shipment, and a claim will be filed with the carrier. For any manufacturer product defects there is a warranty for coverage. If you have any questions about shipping insurance, coverage or warranty, please contact our customer service.
For returns please contact our customer service before mailing back any packages. Returns are accepted (30) days from shipment delivery. Returned product(s) must be in original packaging, in resalable condition and without use. The customer must cover these return charges. For an estimate on these charges please contact us. Returns are subject to a 11% restocking fee and 2.9% processing fee. Please make sure all returns adheres to our policy.
If there was a product defect under the (1) year warranty or you are within the return policy, we will send you a prepaid return label to mail back the package. We can help in scheduling a pickup. Contact us for return instructions so there are no processing delays.
When the returned package arrives back to our warehouse we will contact you by email. Replacements or refunds are processed within 2 business days.
Orders outside of warranty or our return policy cannot be returned or refunded, or replaced under warranty. If the product does not have a manufacturer defect and has been damaged under your handling or has been used, this policy is voided. Orders under the (1) year warranty will be replaced for any manufacturer defects or errors.
It is not our liability for any damage caused by the carrier during delivery or handling. Insurance will cover the declared value of the shipment. Please contact us and we can help with contacting the carrier and filing a claim.
For order cancellation please contact customer service. If an order ships prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred.
