    Primitive "JACK" punch needle on an old oil can.
    I used 3 strands of various threads punched on cotton.
    Jack sits on the spout of a thumb oil can and is tied in place by the wool couching.
    Three rusty bells are tied to the rim of the oil can.
    the piece measures 5 in tall x 5 in wide. The piece has been couched in handmade green and white stained wool cording.
    The entire piece is 8 in tall and 5 inches wide.
    The base of the oil can is 3.5 inches
    Great for farmhouse gathering
    or as a cupboard tuck.
