    Unused U.S. Postal Service announcement card delivering a message from Postmaster General John E. Potter regarding mail safety and how to treat suspicious mail/packages.  It was prepared in 2001 after the September 11th terrorist attacks in the United States that year.  It was sent to postal customers to help them navigate in a heightened-alert environment.  The card is in like-new  condition.
    It is a Very Fine piece ready to enhance any collection of U.S. postal history.
