Old "Vohl & Co." Blob Top Bottle - New York, NY

Description

This is an old original blob top soda or beer bottle from New York, NY.  Blob top bottles are older than the Hutchinson or Hutch bottles.  This bottle is 7-1/2" tall and has "Vohl & Co. / 159 Elizabeth St. N. Y." embossed inside a round slug plate on the front.  Bottle also has a shield and "V & Co." monogrammed inside the slug plate.  Below the slug plate, the bottle has "Registered".  On the back at the heel, the bottle has "This Bottle / Not To Be Sold".  This bottle has light wear and stain, with one small ping on the bottom corner (see pictures).  No chips, no cracks and no bruises.  Nice unusual bottle.  Buy
