This is a PWM treadmill speed controller board manufactured by Gemini Controls in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Gemini invented the first PWM treadmill control for the commercial treadmill market approximately 20 years ago, and is still recognized as manufacturing the finest PWM treadmill controls.  This is a great way to upgrade your tired or non-functioning treadmill. This is a new control with our 1-year return-to-factory warranty. The mounting bracket might be different from your model but we will include mounting and installation instructions. The control will ship via UPS within 2 days of receipt of payment, so we will need a street address; no PO boxes please.
