New Minarik Electric RG200UA DC motor speed controller - motor drives, heat sink

This is new Minarik Electric RG200UA
I think it is DC motor speed controller.
It is great condition because it was stored in a Lista cabinet since new.
It came from a closing down factories extra parts cabinet.  It is sold as-is with no returns.
This is one item I can't test because I don't have the manual or a DC motor.  However everything else I have sold from this company checked out 100% perfect.  They only kept items that were without a doubt perfect.  They also kept good records.  Why they removed items from boxes to store them never made sense to me unless it was for climate control / moisture reasons.  It could have also been so employees would have a harder time walking off with items as I was told.
I am not certain but this could be the same as a RG200UC American Control Electronics (ACE) which is close to 00.  You would have to do the research and make your decision.  Again, Sold as-is with no returns on electrical parts.
