Why No Warranty on New/Mint Items?:
Items that are mint from the factory, are sealed and never opened, never tested.  We have no way to test them without ruining the status of C10, or mint/sealed with all the special packaging.

Payments:
PayPal is most popular, other forms available, allow 10 days to clear.  If you want to pay with Credit Card you'll need to go through PayPal too.
Store or Auction:
Many items are placed in the Ebay Store, and if they dont sell in due time, I lower the price, if they still stick around... they go to auction.  Sometimes I dump many items into auction to get money and space for more huge collections we have coming in.

Feel free to email any questions about the items.  Most auction items close on Friday nights, do not wait until the last minute because I may not be reading emails at that moment or maybe traveling accross the country buying more collections.
Returns:
Anything described incorrectly will receive a 100% refund, anything else is subject to a 10% restock fee.
Discount Shipping on Multiple Items Won:
A new shipping price will be sent to you within 24hrs of winning, be sure to put the items into your cart and then hit the gray button asking for the seller to send you a revised statement, usually its the higher shipping price with a just a few bucks for each other item, unless you win multiple heavy or large items (example 16 GG-1s or 14 Bascule Bridges), or too big of items like large steam locos, or sets, they will have to be shipped seperate.
Shipping Rates:
Small items are shipped Priority through USPS, larger & expensive items go through UPS with insurance and signature required (main reason for high shipping prices), Shipping prices include handling: Boxes, shipping peanuts, bubble wrap (if neccessary), tape, labels and insurance.  Shipping is done only in the US and Canada.  Canadians, Alaska, & Hawaii add 100% to shipping price. If price quoted is , yours will be and so on.  LOCAL pickups are fine, we are a northern suburb of Dallas, TX.
