Description

A necklace fit for the Rohirrim.
This handcrafted metal coin depicts Shadowfax running. Shadowfax, king of the horses, is also known as Mearas. Above him is the word “Edoras,”™ which is the capital city of Rohan and the date "3019". This is the year of the War of the Ring. On the reverse are the words “Théoden, King of the Eorlingas.” Eorlingas is a name that the Rohirrim use for themselves, referring to their first king, Éorl.
This Rohan Brass Brumby from the world of J. R. R. Tolkien is struck from solid brass. It is presented on a 30" plated chain, certified nickel-free. Coin artwork by Greg Franck-Weiby.
This coin is treated to look as if they have been handled and circulated. This process is done by hand, and it is both an art and a science. Coloring and patinas will vary. No two coins are exactly the same!
