    Description

    Gemini Controls LLC of Cedarburg, WI is pleased to announce a treadmill repair package. This package was designed by Gemini to repair older SCR drive treadmills and upgrade them to PWM technology. Make sure your treadmill motor pulley is on the right side of the treadmill as you look at it from being on the treadmill. If it is on the left please see our other package on eBay with a CW motor. If you purchase the wrong one the pulley will come off the motor. This is for light duty treadmills for 0-5 MPH.

    Display and control Console and all wire harnesses.
    1 1/2 HP McMillan Motor with flywheel and pulley
    Counterclockwise motor for Treadmills with the pulley on the right.
    This package combines Gemini’s state-of the-art Pulse-Width Modulated (PWM) motor controller with the console and a new motor.
    This is a standard treadmill speed controller board manufactured by Gemini Controls of Cedarburg, WI.  We are the designer and manufacturer of this control. These controls are manufactured in Cedarburg, WI

Gemini invented the first PWM treadmill control for the commercial treadmill market approximately 20 years ago, and is still recognized as manufacturing the finest PWM treadmill controls.  This is a great way to upgrade your tired or non-functioning treadmill. This is a new control with our 1-year return-to-factory warranty. The mounting bracket might be different from your model but we will include mounting and installation instructions. The control will ship via UPS within 2 days of receipt of payment, so we will need a street address; no PO boxes please.
