Description
:
Up for auction is a matted and framed embroidery depicting a squirrel with flowers.
The frame is wooden with a white wash.
The oval matting is blue.
On the back is a wire hanger.
Dimensions
:
With frame, approximately
12 1/8 inches high x 10 1/8 inches wide.
With the wire hanger, the frame is approximately 1 inch deep.
Condition
:
The embroidery was made by my grandmother in Burbank, CA.
My mother framed it and hung it in the “girl’s bedroom.”
Recently we combined households and now we no longer have room for this embroidery.
We are selling it on eBay so it can go to a home where it is cherished.
The top edge of the frame has an area that seems darker, but it appears to be the grain in the wood and not damage.

For those with allergies, our home is smoke free and perfume free.  We do have pet dogs and live in a desert.  Carefully remove any trace amounts of fur and dust.
