Dan Fortmann Index 3x5 Autograph Auto Signature PSA/DNA HOF NFL Bears

Description

For sale is a Dan Fortmann autograph that has been certified authentic by PSA/DNA.   This index card 3x5 is in good shape, and the signature looks great and is signed in blue ink.   Would look great displayed in the holder, or used as a cut in a Fortmann display.  I am selling because this doesn't fit with the rest of my collection, and am hoping it can go to another collector that will appreciate it.
Fortmann passed away in 1995 at the age of 79.  He is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame as well as the College Football Hall of Fame (among other honors).
