This is a re-cut custom bullet mould by an unknown maker. There mould blocks should clean up a bit ... I can see leading in the pics. The bottom band measures approx. 0.342" and the bullet length is approx. 0.968".
I am not a gunsmith. If my description is wrong, please tell me. Please ask detailed questions well in advance of auction end.
