Up for auction is a large 280 page paperback book (8 1/2" by 10 1/2") titled "Wetherill Mesa Excavations - MUG HOUSE - Mesa Verde National Park" by Arthur H. Rohn; second printing, 1971.  The book is in fine condition with no loose, torn or missing pages.  It does possess some minor shelf wear to the front and back covers (mainly corner/edge wear).  The interior pages possess no writing and are in excellent condition.  See the scans for details.
