Ask us for a Return Authorization number. You can submit a Return Request through Ebay or send us a message through Ebay. Send your item back by writing the RA# on the outside of the package and include a copy of your Sales Receipt inside. Most Returns are processed within 2 weeks (10 business days) from the day we get it back. We will send you an email when a refund is issued through Paypal.
What if its a defect? If your order arrives damaged or with defect, please contact us right away so we can correct the situation.
What if I want to do an exchange? To expedite an exchange, please place a new order, then follow the return process above requesting and RA#. You can NOT return your item if: It has been more than 30 days since you received it. You used or altered it in anyway. You opened a sealed package. It became damaged after you tried it on.
Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee will be applied if:
Tracking Data shows delivery was attempted but cannot be delivered due to undeliverable as addressed or if the package was refused.

Return your item(s) without an RA numbers.
