This is a limited production teddy bear from Shuko, a German toy manufacturer founded in 1912.
The height is about 30cm(11.8inch).
It is one of a limited edition of 1500 (with serial number).
Shukoh is now a manufacturer specializing in miniature cars and does not produce teddy bears.
The teddy bear itself is a very valuable collector's item.
