    This is a very compact and easy to use high efficiency PWM speed controller for any brushed DC motor with easy serial communication with simple commands. You can use it with only potentiometers or for more adjustable functions controll with simple USART read/write commands using Arduino/PLC/computer or any other MCU.
    Use it for trolley, outboard, robots, powerchairs, and any other industrial application where you need dual motor output and forward / reverse function.
    With a few easy step it needs to place to a heatsink or an aluminium plate! This is necessary for the higher power.
    Advantages against other motor controllers:
    3 operation modes:
    Normal dual potentiometer input and dual motor output
    "TANK" mode  using joystick with dual potentiometer (you can find joystik here in the ebay )
    TTL serial communication with with simple Read/Write commands or advanced communication much more adjustable parameters. (for the commansd please download the datasheet and user manual)
    Powerful high speed Cortex 32bit MCU
    Addressable serial communication  with several slave devices it is possible to connect multiple controllers on one RX/TX line and control them as you wish with simple read/write commands from your master device like Arduino etc. For the communication protocoll please read the datasheet.
    2 quadrant operation (drive CW and regenerative brake CW)

    You can choose between 4 operation modes with the red DIP switch on the PCB board:
    1. Normal potentiometer mode 0-5V 0-97% output voltage
    2. Joystick mode 2,5V zero output +/- 2,5V the forward a reverse speed.
    3. UART controll with simple commands recommended for beginner programmers for example Arduino.
    4. UART advanced controll for precise industrial controll.

    Current limit/regenerative current limit
    Acceleration/deceleration limit
    Turn ON/OFF minimum and turn ON/OFF maximum voltage levels for example turn off the unit at low battery voltage

    Potentiometer input voltage (you can use this input for an analoge measurement input if you are controlling the speed with serial commands )

    Input frequency on PWM input
    Input duty on PWM input
    I x R compensation
    (this if for speed regulation compensation the load drop voltage)

    (maximum speed limit) (this can be very usefull in more cases. As you give a maximum reference voltage (maximum RPM) what the output can be with the maximum gas setting. This value becomes a reference voltage and archive perfect supply voltage compensation. This means if your supply voltage drops of raise your motor PRM remains the same. Using the supply compensation and the I x R compensation together you can archive  perfect speed regulation without any closed loop feedback and no tachogenerator is needed.

    Why choose this controller?
    On the ebay there is many type of controller the most piece is a chinese simple and cheap controller. They are great until you put a large load to they output.
    -That controllers don't have supply filtering what is very important! Without it the most of the chinese controller regularly burning down.
    -They haven't got proper flyback diode against the motor inductive current!
    -The most of them don't have any current limit function which is very important with a motor.

    The best pactice to place this controller if you place it into vertical position. This can gain the natural air convection!
