4 Vintage Chevy Hubcaps 13" ?

4 Vintage Chevy Hubcaps  13" ?
They all have some dings and small dents in them.. They measure 14.25" on the back outside to outside. Which I believe that makes them a 13" hubcap? There is some discolor in the blue Chevy middle part... 1 has a large chip/crack in the plastic.There are some tar spots and some spots of discolor on the spoke looking part.
