This module is speed controller,not the converter, can not change voltage. It can not connect to AC 220V power supply.
The input voltage should be DC power, current and voltage shall be in accordance with the specified value.
Positive and negative poles of power supply can not be reversed. The positive and negative poles of the motor can be reversed.
