Use 12AU7 x 2 pcs,  ecc88 x 2 pcs,  6x4 one peice
Without 2 small audio transformer on single-ended to blance(which needs more US$, 600:600,150k+150k, if you need, email me)
Please note resistors do not attached to PCB board when soldering , below picture for your reference
